Great selection of jewellery for both men and women. I particularly like the men's watches. And if there is ever a problem with an item, it is sorted with typical German efficiency.

The staff are always very friendly and helpful. They sell some really beautiful stuff. My boyfriend loves the men's stuff. Always kept very tidy and clean

Excellent service received all round yesterday in store. Particular praise to Miles who dealt with a very minor issue with a necklace purchased 'prior to covid' immediately and with utmost professionalism. We also had a men's watch needing a couple of links taking out, to which he did quickly and perfectly.
We then got caught in the shiny and sparkly trap of a new necklace for valentines - but it is beautiful!
