Fantastic service. Richard is clearly incredibly knowledgeable in his field and was able to walk us through all available options for our custom wedding bands without once making us feel pressured to buy. He is competitively priced but his service is head and shoulders above all the other jewellers we visited. Throughout the process we were invited back to see the ring at each stage and ensure we were happy. Every time we went back he remembered who we were and made us feel so welcome .We picked up our rings today and are over the moon! My wedding band fits perfectly around my vintage engagement ring and looks like they should be a set! Thank you Richard, we will certainly be returning!

They are such genuine, helpful people, I totally see why people post such wonderful reviews. Both were so helpful and kind, not rushing us or pushing us to buy other options. We will go back. They offer a bespoke cad design service, dome of the designs are absolutely stunning. My jewellery is beautiful and of a superior quality. Customer service is brilliant, Richard and Vanessa know their stuff and we bought our wedding rings from the store back in 2004, the talk through was brilliant and knew what budget we had. My wife's wedding ring was custom made due to the shape of her engagement ring 💍
