My partner and I started looking at engagement rings and came across Chisholm Hunter. We met a professional and patient lady called Emma who worked there, who was honestly really helpful and made our lives so much easier! She took her time to explain everything, and share different things that we should know about rings (i.e. white gold vs platinum), insurance and was patient when I was trying on different rings and going back and forth. I even had to go back later to double check and she was happy to help us for yet a second time! Many thanks to Emma and the team there!

The service here is excellent. I bought a watch recently. Nick was extremely helpful, friendly, polite and knowledgeable. The shop itself has a nice vibe! I left confident that my decision to purchase was the right one - it’s an excellent watch! I’d definitely recommend them. Keep up the great work and continue doing what you do!

Amazing service, price and product. Just took delivery of a Grand Seiko chronograph. Ordered yesterday and arrived today. Fantastic service from start to finish. Highly recommended. Many thanks to Nick for your time and conversation.

This is somewhere really special to buy a beautiful piece of jewellery. The shop is exceptionally well laid out from the fabulous window displays to the luxurious showroom, but the icing on the cake are the amazing staff. Adam, Nick & Molly were so helpful and informative, and not pushy in any way. I felt really comfortable and nothing was to much trouble for Adam when I was choosing my ring. I would have given more than five stars and can’t recommend them enough.

Absolutely excellent service from Kevin at this delightful store. He was able to fulfil my requirements with exceptional care and speed making it easy for me to purchase a Certina PH 500M all the way from sunny Devon. Ordered on the Monday and received before the quoted time on Wednesday. Great store to shop from and will recommend to anyone in the watch community. Once again, Thank you!🙏

I visited the Bluewater store and my first impression of the luxurious and classy decor and displays was good. I was greeted by Chris who offered me a seat and refreshments. Chris was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. I had never owned an automatic watch and Chris explained the benefits and differences of watch movements that really helped me make my decision to purchase the watch I did. I felt I had received the same 5 star treatment whether I was spending £500 or £5000 and that was thanks to Chris. I didn't feel rushed to make a decision in fact it was the complete opposite as Chris was patient and answered all my questions. I would like to acknowledge and thank Chris for making my watch purchase something special rather than a mundane experience. I would certainly return again in the future.

So I was after a Tudor Back Bay Pro watch so I went online hunting. I came across the Chisholm Hunter website and it instructed to get in touch. So I headed over to the chat button and was welcomed by Dustin Kirk “Dual Site Manager” if they had one in stock and they did. Straight away I politely asked to call me, which was great and I paid in full for the item (This was a Saturday). I was instructed by DK that I would receive a receipt for my purchase within a few hours, on Monday I would get a DHL tracking number and finally would receive my watch on Tuesday.

Came Tuesday and I was patiently but over excitedly awaited the delivery for my watch. Around halfway through the day remembered I never received any tracking info. So I contacted Dustin again through email. Who replied with his logistic department is looking into it and will get back to me. He never got back to me.

On Wednesday disappointingly I emailed Dustin again because he never got back to me. He replied saying there’s been an error and his dispatch team are looking into it and will get back to me. I’ve worked in retail myself and I know this is a common trick to set someone up for some bad news when they’ve messed up. So I replied again asking for an honest resolution or delivery of my watch within 24 hours. Which would make it Thursday, 2 days before Christmas.

So Thursday comes around and guess what still no watch. But I do finally get a reply from Dustin. He’s now saying there’s a stock error and I wouldn’t be getting the watch but a refund within 24 hours. No apology or anything. Just an explanation 2 days before Christmas. What do I do now?

So I would highly recommend staying away from the dishonest and embarrassing organisation that is referred to as Chisholm Hunter and the liar that is Dustin Kirk. I’m honestly discombobulated and perplexed to how a retail company with presence in large malls can act like this and behave like this when they are “trying” to retail luxury goods. Also remember Dustin is a credited “dual site manager”.
