Taylor and Hart have been phenomenal through the entire process of designing, ordering, making and delivering our rings. I initially used them for a bespoke engagement ring where I had drawn out a design I wanted that was truly one of a kind - the design process when easy and the computer generated designs made it even easier.
The process for the engagement ring was so easy we came back for our wedding bands!
I've already recommended Taylor and Hart to multiple friends who have also had great experiences with them, and can't stop raving about how great this company is!

My partner and I were looking for some months for a trustworthy and well established ring consultancy but none of them came close to Taylor and Hart in the end. Our consultant Emily Jackson was very patient with us from the beginning, as we made many iterations to our ring designs and exchanged many communications.

Also, her knowledge and professionalism are very apparent and unrivalled. Not only was she able to inform us about the stones and metals we chose but she recommended alternatives which we didn't consider and ended up being our final choice.

My experience with Taylor & Hart has been absolutely incredible from the very start. Emily went above and beyond to ensure that the ring i was buying was the right one (And it was!! My wife is so in love with both her engagement and wedding band). The customer service was amazing, the correspondence was quick, and I was never left in the dark.

We ended up having an incredible intimate ceremony and she is still in love with the rings. Thank you for everything Emily, you were such fun to work with and you made this whole experience worthwhile. I highly recommend Taylor & Hart, not only for their incredible craftsmanship but for above and beyond customer service. Me and my wife plan on dropping in when we come to New York.

Our experience with Taylor & Hart was absolutely amazing! The design process was simple and very interactive, and our designer Harriet Morris made sure that the ring was unique but still very gorgeous. The quality of the ring and the stones was excellent, which was confirmed when I took it to a local jeweller for a slight resizing. I would highly recommend Taylor & Hart, and I look forward to designing our wedding bands with Harriet as well.

Excellent service from Michelle Evans who helped design the perfect ring for my now fiancé. Michelle always replied to emails even over the Christmas period and also gave great advice and produced exactly what I wanted.
Once I had placed the order I felt abit in the dark as didn’t get many updates on how the crafting process was going. The ring was delivered on time and the ring is everything I had hoped it to be.

I recently purchased an engagement ring from Taylor & Hart and proposed to my girlfriend on stage in London in front of 3000 people (not nerve-racking at all). Good job she said yes! We are so happy and totally in love with the ring that they designed for us!

I first contacted Taylor & Hart back in May 2021 and was dealing with design consultant Lian LeBlanc. She was amazing throughout the whole process, setting up several virtual consultations and then eventually an in-person meeting at their London showroom. She was very patient with me and not pushy at all. I met with Lian in the summer and I didn’t end up ordering the ring until November when I was ready and confirmed the proposal date in December. The estimated time the ring would be ready was spot on and there were no delays. I picked up the ring myself from their workshop as I was proposing in London that weekend.

One of my favourite features of their rings is the complimentary gemstone they put inside the ring. You can choose from a collection of gemstones and I went for a green emerald, as my girlfriend is from Ireland. I think it just adds a really nice personal touch.

If you are planning a surprise proposal then I recommend using their printable size graph where you can size up one of your partners existing rings. It worked a treat for me as I was only half a size out, no dramas though as there is a free resize as long as it is under 2 sizes.

We will 100% be returning to Taylor & Hart to buy our wedding rings as the quality is second to none.

The 3D 360 degree imagery makes it feel like you're viewing the ring in person.
She was very quick at answering the many questions I had.
