Clifton Village Jewellers

The communication here is terrible! This has been the case both times i have dealt with them but gave them the benefit of the doubt first time. Firstly, they were supposed to send off my engagement ring for a new band to be made. After sitting in the shop for a week someone rang me to ask what they were supposed to be doing with it! I was told it would be back in 4 weeks. I chased after 5 weeks and they hadn't made any kind of note to remind them it was due back so eventually i got it back another week later. I good job was done on the ring (hence 2 stars) so i overlooked the terrible communication. We decided to use them last month for our wedding rings. They requested some samples from their supplier which they said would be in the following week. 3 weeks later i rang to find out what was going on. Of course they hadn't thought to chase the suppliers. They said they would chase it up and get back to me. That was 2 weeks ago...i have given up and gone to Dragon Workshop where i have received an amazing prompt service. CVJ made what should be a fun exciting part of my wedding planning into a headache.

Wish I'd seen the reviews on here before I went! They ruined my ring by polishing all of the ruthenium coating off when I asked for it to be cleaned. The bloke sat in the corner then proceeded to blame me and said that I'd never get my money back for it and that he'd done a good job for only a fiver. I was clearly upset as such a sentimental item had been spoiled and there was zero sympathy. Apparently they had never seen a ring with the same kind of coating on before. Not only were they brutal in their lack of customer service when I was clearly distressed and upset but they seem to lack the required knowledge to be jewellers in the first place. My ring is a Clogau ring so not exactly unusual. Don't ever go there!

This is my local jewellers in the heart of Clifton Village. The staff are knowledgeable and the customer service is what you would expect from an independent jewellery store that cares about the products they sell. I have visited the store for purchases, strap adjustments and to service a couple of watches, each time I have walked away a satisfied customer.

They also have an interesting range of watches from affordable to luxury which are always worth a browse.

We have just visited Clifton Village Jewellers for a simple repair. They carried out the repair on the spot at an amazingly low price. They then went on to advise on an heirloom Waltham watch free of charge.
This is service that is rarely equeled.

Friendly, knowledgeable service with a wide range of quality jewellery at very fair prices. This long established independent jeweller cannot be faulted. Clifton Village Jewellers consistently over -deliver on expectations!

It's a pleasure to use this independent and traditional jewellers conveniently situated in Clifton Village. I can always be sure of receiving excellent service. Every one working there is professional, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn't chose to go anywhere else!

Great service and prices

Over the last few years I've bought an engagement, wedding and most recently eternity ring here.
The customer service has always been excellent, the staff are friendly, patient and helpful. the quality of the rings seem great and the prices very reasonable.
Will be sure to return here in the future.
