They do repairs on broken jewellery, also orders on almost any thing one wants made. If you dont like real diamonds or rubys/emeralds etc, you can always opt for coloured stones. Set in real gold and it usually looks awesome. Its possible to custom make almost anything and its readily available at this premise, usually brides match colours with there outfits.

As always, very good service. Have been purchasing gold for them for many years and always received brilliant service from all of the staff. Very friendly and welcoming. Always smiling and respectful. Same with the owners.

Price wise always very good. Quality of the gold is amazing and after care is phenomenal! Never had any problems with any item.

Disgusting behaviour by staff. Shouting at my mom whom has blood pressure problems making her extremely unwell; nearly had to call the ambulance. Make sure you wear the jewellery before you buy. Even better DONT BUY FROM HERE!!! All that for changing the jewellery.

Shameful service. Pre-Ordered gold from here, after six months to arrive. Once it arrived, they had ordered the wrong size and when we flagged the issue they had the audacity to yell at us and not want to exchange the gold. Even the owner and staff we undoubtedly uncivil and disrespectful. STAY AWAY!!

Awful experience. Do not use for ear piercing services. Person doing it was very rude and did it incorrectly, using the gun at a 45 degree angle rather than horizontally leaving my daughter with one hole at the back very low. Will need to wait for hole to block and redo again.

My mum bought a chain from here and they charged her the wrong weight. They charged her1.8g extra. We came back to the shop to ask them about it the manager and his staff were being extremely rude their behaviour was disgusting. They didnt even give us a legit in voice receipt. He was shouting at my mum saying he doesnt want to talk to her even though she was completely calm. He didnt even try to hear us out. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP they will cheat you and their receipts are not legit or professional. I have never been to such a bad practicing gold shop im so disappointed

There are all ladies staff is very uncivilised and dishonest. They don’t have any morality. And also the shop owner is very dishonest. They are cheating With customer. They are lying about gold weight.
