I could not have asked for a better first experience of buying a luxury watch! Throughout the whole process I was treated with the utmost respect and everyone at the store was extremely friendly and professional.

I had briefly talked with member of staff online about what I was potentially intersted in and when I arrived at the store, I was offered refreshments and taken for a consultation with Steve, who was clearly an expert in his products, and had been informed of my areas of interest. There was no rush throughout the process, I was asked a few clarifying questions about what I thought I was after, and was invited to have a look around and try on any models I liked. Every watch I was recommend to try helped my on my journey to finding the right watch for me. I even had the owner personally check on me and make sure everything was going smoothly! I did not feel any pressure to buy and with the shop knowing my budget, they never tried to upsell me.

Eventually I found the perfect watch for me, and had everything explained to me about how to look after it and everything else I could possibly need to know. I can highly recommend John Pass Jewellers to everyone, be it first time buyers, or those more experienced with lxury watches and jewellery, it truly was an extremely positive experience from start to finish. 5 stars!

I could not have had a better experience at John Pass. I initially contacted them after a bad experience at my local jewellers and Steve could not have been more helpful. He could see I was getting stressed and upset (my wedding was less than two weeks away and neither my engagement ring or wedding ring would fit) he managed to get my correct ring size after explaining that hands often swell when you become stressed, he then assured me that he could sort both out in time, after consulting with Martin. I went to pick up my rings today and the gentleman was helpful and polite, making sure the rings were ok before I paid and left. I am so happy that I now have my rings ready for my wedding day on Saturday. Thank you to the wonderful team at John Pass - your service is a credit to you all and I will definitely return in the future, as well as recommending your business to friends and family. Started off less than ideally. Slow processing and bad communication. Then with the intervention of Mr Andrew Pass everything improved. Communication, service and ultimately outcome. My sincere thanks to Mr Pass knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Without his input I may not have been so positive. The best jeweller's in Crewe who learned from early mistakes to provide the service expected at the outset. Bravo Mr Pass

I phoned with a serious enquiry regarding a rolex submainer watch, incidentally costing several thousand pounds, to be told they wouldn’t supply me as I havn’t shopped with them before! How Ridiculous!
I have to say the gentleman on the phone was polite in delivering there policy.

Always a pleasure to buy here. Staff are fantastic and always happy to help. Today 13/1/23, I spoke with Liz who has been fantastic in getting my engagement, wedding and eternity rings resized. Thank you. I also went into the Pandora section and was served by Geraldine, she was wonderful when I got upset seeing the Dad charm, as it's still raw for me after his passing. Her compassion and understanding was very much appreciated. Thank you both ladies, you are both amazing assets to the company.

Yet another exquisite visit to John Pass Jewellers. Thanks must go to Andrew for calling their Crewe branch to let them know that I was on my way & advising the team as to which watch I was looking to acquire.

The team greeted me warmly on my arrival & I was courteously escorted to see their resident TAG Heuer / Rolex guru, Steve.

I discussed with Steve my interest in a stunning TAG Heuer Monaco Automatic Chronograph. He brought out three examples for me to evaluate, providing me with a detailed history of the Monaco and the individual highlights of each piece.

I decided to purchase the Heuer Monaco Gulf Special Edition, with the eye catching Gulf livery on the dial & beautifully accented leather strap.

I could have spent hours talking with Steve about all things horological, his wealth of experience and product knowledge is exceptional. He provided me with a superb purchasing experience & I look forward to returning later in the year.

Huge thanks to the John Pass team, I’m absolutely delighted.

Time to consider another brand from another retailer!
Enquired about a variety of Rolex models. Told none were available. Not offering places on waiting lists to new clients (I’d bought 2 Rolex Submariners previously)…
Bought a £25k Hublot instead. Wake up Rolex and John Pass!
