Rings 'n' Things

DONT EVER HAVE A RING ENLARGE WITH THESE:
Put my rings in 17th February to be enlarged and on the 3rd week of having them they questioned the engraving so we said its fine now 4 weeks on we still do not have our rings and all what was said is there is nothing we can do we cant speed it up in any way we paid £115.00 and did not get an apology till i said well an apology would be nice and that £115 is a lot of money to me and i wanted to explain how its been the whole proses and all i got was that font matter thats noting there is nothing we can do how disrespectful .

Apauling customer service, I would suggest to avoid using this company at all costs. Initially over charged by more than double for resizing a ring, the resizing then took a week longer than originally advised with no telephone calls to update and no apology! Found them to be rude and totally unhelpful, experianced some of the worst customer service I have had the misfortune to be subjected too. Surprising and disappointing that a small local company operates in this way!!

So helpfull, I won't be going anywhere else 😊

Never ever again!I am traumatised by the whole experience with the re-setting of my diamond ring at Rings'n'Things.It took over 8 months to get my ring back.First time the stone was set not symmetrically, so it went back!The second time the ring came back with a totally new design and it looked not like the ring I took there several weeks before.So it went back.The third time! I had hi-hopes! But it looked bad when I eventually picked it up.I would have problems selling it!It snugs on clothes and simply the craftmenship is substandard.The owner promised to call me so many times and he rarely did!I had to go myself to his shop to find out what was happening to my ring! I am shocked that I had had to point out the faults to the owner who deals with jewellery all the time.It felt uncomfortable and awkward and he he just could not wait to get rid of me from the shop as soon as possible! Maybe a simple resizing will be done ok but I would never take another piece of any jewellery to this shop.

Had a couple pieces of jewellery repaired and a new chain. Very quick turn around & reasonably priced. Would use again, thanks!

Rings n Things in Dunstable for any jewellery repairs. They have done some work on my Sygnet ring and have gone above and beyond what I was expecting

Terrible service from start to finish. Unsure how they were able to get a simple ring resizing so wrong, but they did. They caused damage to the ring which was "rectified" so badly. The craftsmanship and quality is below standard and needs to be taken somewhere else to be fixed properly. Took over 6 weeks to get back. There was a distinct lack of communication from the store, never following up as promised and was left to me to constantly chase for non existent updates from them. The team were downright rude, full of attitude and have zero regard for customer service, they couldn't care less. I hope I never have the misfortune of dealing with anyone from this shop again. Avoid at all costs.

Strange to see some of these reviews, we just had 2 rings resized bigger, and they are perfect great job, we didn’t worry too much about cost, they were expensive rings and just wanted them done well, very happy ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
