Excellent customer service. Took a bracelet to have a charm fitted. were able to fit it on the spot and also suggested, free of charge, that the bracelet be cleaned to make it shinier. The young lady couldn't have more helpful and friendly, very impressed with the service!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, professional and helpful at all times, even when dealing with very rude and entitled customers. Would never go anywhere else for jewellery. I always recommend going to see Amber, the charming assistant manager! A very skilled and knowledgeable lady for one so young, nothing is too much trouble, and all the staff clearly have a tremendous amount of respect for her. My favourite jeweller.

An excellent old fashioned jewellers which are rare these days. Such friendly staff who will always go that extra mile to cater for all customer's needs. Excellent five star customer service from start to finish.

This company borrowed a truck load of money from the peer to peer company Collateral that is now in liquidation and one of the reasons why they are now in that position is because thiefs like these refused to pay back what they had borrowed leaving ordinary folk who lent them the money without a penny. Fraudulent xisgusting people.Stay clear.

Did an absolutely superb job with resizing my engagement ring, cannot even tell where the resizing took place! Wonderful care taken and a beautiful job. Definitely highly recommend.

I took my gold jewellery into Sarum jewellers to sell and got offered £900. I knew it was worth more so I refused the offer and went straight to H R Tribbeck and Son to see what they would offer and they offered £1212. I would not recommend Sarum Jewellers to anyone.
