This is a fabulous little ‘gem’ of a place ☺️. From a super array of earrings to a delightful choice of watches, necklaces, bangles, bracelets, and rings - there are some gorgeous offerings, and the warm, friendly staff look after you really well.
There are also loads of different gift ideas from ornaments and trinkets to lovely craft type soaps. Definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for yourself or searching for some great gift ideas.

Lovely shop with great service, the staff couldn’t do enough for me including ordering in a specific item I required. I will definitely be shopping there again 🙌
These were my bowls I specifically ordered

Had my watch battery done excellent service.

My partner took my engagement ring to this store to get cleaned and the whole experience was not good at all.
He took the ring there on a Saturday and was told by the lady that they would be able to remove ALL the scratches from the band and STONES and do a special coating aswel as it was a white gold ring and the ring would lokk like NEW including the MAIN STONE.
He was also told the ring would be done the following Monday.the cost would be £60 total for clean and box.

My partner went there Tuesday, Friday and again Monday of the following week and the ring was still not done.
He was then told that it would take longer because the main stone would need to come out which he thought at the time, its ok if that's what they have to do. Fast forward to another couple of days the ringg was still not done.

My partner then contacted them told them when he was planning on reproposing again
and was told the ring would be done the following day.
Next day came (today) and he collects the ring only to find out that the main stone is still covered in scratches!
Another lady then tells him that to take the stone out would cost alot of money so he paid £65 for something we could have done at home with soap and water and a soft brush!
Why didn't they tell him from the beginning that the scratches would not be removable with their £60 cleaning?
All false promises and waste of money.

Be honest with your customers next time to manage expectations!

I called to complain and they didn't apologise for the above and the misinformation given to start with.
Had they been honest from the beggining about what they could and could not do and also didn't take almost 2 weeks!! This complain would have not happened!

Dissapointed and dissatisfied with service and the end result.

Not a great experience as I went to get a replacement watch battery this week. Had a few issues with this watch previously as the time calibration needed to be updated and the repair man has been able to resolve and fix at a very reasonable price for me. I explained this would probably need to be looked at once the battery was replaced. My husband went in to collect it, paid what we both thought was an expensive £9 and advised he would have to find a way himself to set the time! This was not the fantastic service we've had before and we will not be returning. Disappointing,expensive and unhelpful

Lovely shop to look around and staff very friendly and helpful. One of my favourite shops and a go to place for birthday, Christmas and recently wedding presents. Would highly recommend. 😊

I was looking for some earrings for a special ocassion later in the year...I had such a wide choice it was diffcult to pick one, but the friendly staff were so helpful, and went out of their way to give me advice. I will certainly be shopping here again, such lovely jewellery and other stuff there, everyone should pay a visit.
