I live a long way from this Jewellers! However, the service I received was amazing. I spoke to a really helpful lady and to receive such quality customer service from afar is so good. The item arrived well packaged by First Class secure mail and I would not hesitate to use this company again. The personal service counts for so much nowadays.

My watch was needing sent back to the manufacturer but unfortunately it was a few months out of warranty but Johnsons pulled out the stops and managed to get it fixed with no charge and had it back in 3 weeks.
