I needed a repair to the watch my wife gifted me at our wedding. Once I spoke to Andrew I knew my watch would be in safe hands. Not only did they repair the watch but also engraved our wedding date into the back of the watch. I have found Browne J J & Son to be very professional giving clear costs and a great service all round!

Brilliant jewellers. I have been using Andrew for a few years now and love him. Recently I had some unused diamonds incorporated into an existing ring to make the most amazing boodle type ring. Andrew's guidance and suggestions were spot on and the result amazing. Highly recommend as always.

We buy jewellery from JJ Browne and Son and on this occasion had a repair made to a ring. We were given an estimated time of 2 weeks to complete the repair and it was done in 4 working days! Fantastic service.
Andrew and his staff are always very friendly and attentive.

It's always a pleasure to visit Andrew. He is my first port of call when I'm looking for something special, either for myself or as a gift. I generally don't have an idea of what I want, but Andrew and his staff very patiently offer up various items until I finally find what I'm looking for! They offer a very personal service, which is important when looking for jewellery - I highly recommend them.

I just Love my Cartier Watch. I've known Linda now for over 16 years plus, her knowledge and expertise for me is second to none, for that reason I trust her explicitly.
We are both experts in our individual field's with added experience working within the luxury end of retail. Linda has earned her reputation and good name dealing particularly with VIP clients both here in the UK and as far as the Middle East.
I love vintage understated glamour and stick with the classic's.
I avoid impulse shopping, therefore a purchase of any kind must be an investment with an untold story suited to me and my individually personality.

Another dissatisfied watch owner! Took my Cartier in for repair. After several attempts it was decided that they were unable to mend it so it was to be sent to Cartier for a quote for repair. Foolishly I expected that that would mean it would be sent securely. I did not anticipate it being sent through the Royal Mail post system. Unsurprisingly, an envelope containing a watch and addressed to Cartier never arrived, and was assumed stolen along the way. Unfortunately there was no way to track the progress of the watch on its postal journey as despite many calls to Andrew Browne it took him 3 months to finally advise that the watch had been “lost in the post”. Coincidentally exactly the amount of time that the post office cover tracked items, after which time they can no longer be traced.
He has since supplied a replacement, that I had to source, but that I believe to be inferior to the limited edition original.At no point has he shown any regard or care for the emotional attachment that often comes with owning a piece of jewellery. Proceed with caution.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Had an old watch of mine for five weeks and still waiting for a quote to get it repaired. No phone calls to keep me updated about the delay even after phoning them a few times which they promised to phone back and never did.
I now have to wait weeks to get the watch back in the same state I gave it to them months ago.
Plenty of Jewellers around so I will now take it to one that cares for peoples belongings.
