Warren James Jewellers - Northfield

The waiting time is very unfortunate . There were four or five staff available and I had been left waiting for nearly 30mins for service. To be fair to them it was a busy day and once I was seen they were friendly and helpful, really unfortunate about the wait. I think there are ways of working more efficiently that Warren James needs to investigate. I'm glad I didn't walk away, but I almost did...

Was speaking with one of the employe about an exchange until one another interfere with all possible arrogance and start to treat us like stupids. Even shout at us that we couldn't take pictures when we were just on the phone (not even asked if we were taking any!)

Never shopped at this particular Warren James store before, but today I had a great experience there. I had to buy a last minute birthday present for my best friend, and this was definitely the place to go. Huge selection of lovely jewellery and unbeatable prices. The store itself was sparkling clean and had the correct Covid-19 safety measures in place, making me feel completely safe and at ease. The lady serving me this morning was very helpful and friendly - completely faultless service. Would definitely recommend Warren James in general and particularly this store - very impressed and pleased with what I purchased.

Lovely jewellery at great prices but the staff are not very helpful. Treat you like you are in the way and about to steal the jewellery.
Keep you waiting and don't even acknowledge you . Vile

Wow.. How comd I didn't find thix place sooner

HAD SOME GREAT ITEMS OVER THE YEAR'S, JUST BOUGHT A VERY NICE SET OF A SOLID SILVER, NECKLACE AND A MATCHING BRACELET AND A SILVER , VERY VERY PLEASED THANK YOU

I bought a pair of earrings and when I put them in their ear they broke ... I didn't even manage to open the lock, very poor quality 😢
