Purchased a necklace for my wife for our 30th anniversary. Wanted something "Pearl" but didn't really have much clue. Was helped and guided by "Alison" who's attention to detail was superb. Can't sing her praises highly enough - excellent service.

An extremely professional and polite service. I used them to sell some gold and their prices were the best I could find in Taunton with a swift service dealt with there and then. The price was on a par with on line services but none of the hassle of sending your items away. All sorted within half an hour face to face. Highly recommend.

Brilliant. I had a lovely lady called Beckie. Who is excellent. I felt really looked after. I had some bracelets fixed at really good prices. You can’t even see where they have been fixed. Glad I found this place. It is definitely my go to jeweller now. They also have a great selection of other jewellery there too. Some really unusual pieces.

For my sons 18th - I wanted something really special. I had 2 pieces of jewelry that I did not wear anymore. They used one complete piece and approx half of another, resulting in them making the chain into a bracelet for him - reused the gold and made a signet ring, which was engraved exactly as I wanted. The whole face was carved out with the initials left proud but protected from wear within the edging. He was thrilled, and 3 years on it has been worn permanently and does not show any signs of wear. They kept me completely updated on each part of the process. Have and will continue to recommend such an amazing jewelers and their staff.

Alison gave us time and advice on the options for two broken 9 carat gold necklaces that belonged to my housebound 90 year old aunt. much appreciated. Recommend highly for the quality service given.

Myself and my fiancé bought our wedding rings here. Our first consultation was great, we went through all the options for size, width and weight and tried on all the options. We picked up ours rings today and the process was so smooth. My oh's ring needed adjusting and they were able to do it onsite. So happy with our rings!!
