They managed to mend my watch strap for lot less than I expected. Also fitted a battery in another watch with no problem. Staff knowledgeable and polite.

I bought a watch for my Husband for Christmas. We dropped back to the shop to get the strap adjusted & left the watch to collect another day.
Sadly the Government imposed tier 4 restrictions to us before we could collect the watch back.
The wonderful staff at Goldfinger rang us and offered to deliver the watch to us at home.
That was so kind and brilliant service.
We can’t recommend them highly enough.

Called over the phone and asked about a Gucci bracelet I had. None rearly wanted to help or pass on to the relevant party.

Great customer service purchased a gold chain as a Christmas present for my wife - sadly this business is closing after 40 years in Hucknall but we all have to retire at some point Thank you and enjoy your retirement

Went into the shop today with my bracket the clasp was broken she fitted me new clasp she was so friendly and very helpful can’t thank her enough.

Expensive repairs which they send off so not really what they appear to be, may be that’s why they closing down, shame old fashion repairer are disappearing
