What a Gem of a find.
Having tried several independent jewellers in our fair city, we were pleasantly surprised to find this small shop in White Lion Street the back of the inns.
Not only did we find the ring we were looking for, at a fair price, we have to say that the staff were so helpful and really friendly.
Will definitely be our first choice in future.

In my opinion best jewellers in Norwich. A family run business and the customer care and service is exceptional. I have bought various beautiful pieces of jewellery there for years and have had various repairs done. I would recommend Simpsons highly.

An absolute gem of a jeweller. Went in the hope of a chain for a pendant and to my delight found a colour match in a suitable style. Later, having decided I wanted the same but longer, I returned and they had exactly the one in stock! Simpsons has a great variety of pieces in various tones and Helen is so attentive and patient. You’ve made me a very happy customer!
