The best jewellery, love this shop. Have bought some amazing pieces of excellent value and quality pieces. Love their diamonds. Bought a one off, antique ring, new made for me diamond earrings and a very beautiful necklace.

Great service with a smile, drove from Acle to Norwich, they did my repair in 15 minutes and on my way back home, could not ask for more.

I can’t recommend this place more. They’ve repaired quite a few pieces for me at such reasonable prices. I took a family heirloom ring in and was so so so delighted with the repair and clean they did for me. I’ve tried other places before but no where is so friendly and does such a great job. Thank you!

This brilliant jewellers on norwich marketplace repaired a platinum ring with speed and for a very reasonable cost. Picked it up and had a complimentary wedding band clean and polish as well!

A really nice customer experience!

I have a limited budget for an engagement ring but thankfully found exactly what I was looking for here. On both visits the staff were super friendly and helpful and made a quite stressful purchase much, much more enjoyable!
This excellent customer experience was in stark contrast to an alternative jeweller in Norwich, proving that shopping around is definitely worth the time.
I highly recommend this store and will be back soon for a couple of wedding rings...hopefully!

I got a necklace engraved - they did a lovely job and the man working there was super polite and helpful.
When i went to collect - the lady was beyond rude. No customer service skills, no manners.
Will definitely not be returning just due to how she spoke to me.

I have just phoned up but accidentally got the wrong number. The lady gave me an alternative number but when I asked her to wait while I got a pen she rudely said she had to get on, when I asked for the number again she actually said no and put the phone down on me! Shocking customer service whether I was a potential customer or not! Would hope she doesn't treat her actual customers in such an abrupt, cold manner! Disgraceful!
