Went here to get new battery in my old watch I have had for about 6 years. Great customer service from the young lady and gentleman. Really nice shop to visit. Very cheap on batterys and repairs. What really stood out for me at the shop was the friendly smile and pleasantries from the staff here. It's nice to call into a shop or store and not have to wait around to be served. Here I can see the staff/owners certainly have customer skills, right attitude towards they're customers and above all treat you with courtesy. Will definately return again.

Lovely shop had alterations made to my wedding ring helpful friendly staff very quick to complete work at a reasonable price very pleased will be going back to have some other work done to my jewellery and maybe treat myself some new I have my eye on

Took my engagement and wedding rings here, the engagement ring needed repairing and both rings needed resizing. I was told in another jewellers that they couldnt be done. It took just over a week and I had them back like brand new. The ladies in store were lovely and I cant fault the communications. The rings were done as requested for a 3rd of the price I had been quoted by the store that later refused to touch them. Highly recommend.

Great high Street jewellery shop. Some fantastic and unique products on sale. Staff are always freind and helpful. I wen in to get a watch battery changed and it was done in minutes and only cost a fiver. I evenamaged to park right out side

Been taking my watches to the shop now for a few years for servicing and battery replacement and wedding rings, Just purchased a new watch Which Darren was more than happy to check over for me and Time To check everything over for me.
Very friendly staff will definitely be using the services again.
