Jessica has recently made some jewellery pieces for me, and the whole experience plus the finished products are fantastic! She is a delight to work with, and nothing was too much trouble. The finished pieces are beautiful, they are exactly what I was looking for and I love wearing them. I definitely recommend using Jessica.

I am delighted! Jessica recently repaired my mother in laws ring which had lost a diamond. Not only did Jessica repair the ring as requested but she also pointed out that other stones were insecure as the fixings had worn over the years and repaired these too. When I picked it up, the ring looked brand new - beautifully repaired and polished. My mother in law was absolutely blown away by the difference and has been wearing it ever since and will no doubt be telling all her friends! And the best thing was that it was great value - less expensive than the insurance excess - a great bonus. I will definitely be using Jessica again - her attention to details is without fault

So it's not often I take the time to write a review whether happy or sad over a service.
However, I know this will help many others like myself help to put your mind at ease on when deciding who to entrust with making your bespoke wedding ring. After all, it is something we are going to wear every day for the rest of our lives.
The one thing I knew I would be nervous about other than giving suppliers deposits for services is also trusting someone I didn’t know with my beloved engagement ring as I knew they would need to keep it to make the bespoke ring fit perfectly but who will also be able to bring my dreams to reality rather than their idea of my perfect ring.
When going to mainstream jewellers I didn’t feel the love or the passion of wanting to help me design my perfect ring, which is why I looked elsewhere for a more personal feel and approach to their work along with the entwined passion of design and creativity to bring my wants and desires to life in a beautiful delicate ring that fitted my engagement ring as if they were created together.
My wedding was booked for August this year and everything was running smoothly with the initial designs that were presented to me via a CAD drawing which bought my ring to life so I could see in fine detail what it would look like and how the diamonds would be positioned allowing me to make any adjustments to it. After this stage, Jessica was then going to have a 3D cut out of the ring made for me so I could wear it to make sure I was completely happy with it before it was finally made.
Now here was the real test for Jessica that I must say she fulfilled so well that she should win an award for pure customer service, from now on I will never trust anyone other than Jessica when it comes to jewellery.
The Test:
Throw in the mother of all disasters, COVID.
It was May and I had just been told there was a possibility that our wedding may still be going ahead in August after many months of being told it wouldn't. With that in mind, I knew that it was important for me to have my actual wedding ring for the ceremony. However, we are still in Lockdown what was the likely hood it could still be done in time, we still hadn't done the 3D print out yet, would it even look like the dream ring I’d seen in the drawings? but it was the chance I had to take.
Jessica helped put my mind at ease by being honest with me the whole time saying that no matter what happens, she will do her best to try and make sure the ring is made in time whatever it took to do so.
Jessica showed there were genuinely caring people still out there destined to make sure that your big day would go as planned as best possible even during a WORLDWIDE CRISIS and I know she would move mountains to do so as she had succeeded having it ready within 5 weeks and it was more beautiful than I had imagined it would ever be.
She even had a video made of my ring being made and had pictures taken of it beautifully presented for me to add to the wedding album, I can assure you this would not be a service thought of by your average high street retailer just those extra little touches mean so much.
So after my very long story, I suppose what you just want to know is would I recommend her YES, WHOLE HEARTILY and if you want to know why now you know. If you would like to view my video of my ring being made i'm happy for Jessica to share that with you.

Jessica saved both my engagement and my wedding ring when they both lots diamonds consecutively. Not only did she offer to help me to fix my second ring free of charge but she also invested time to ensure both rings were reconstructed slightly, to make sure it didn’t happen again. That combined with her outstanding service and home delivery makes her my go to jeweller! My rings looked brand new and she is just lovely. There is nothing this lady and her team can’t do! WOW. And yet again you have out done yourself. You have designed the most beautiful snake bangle for my daughter's 21st and the results are outstanding. I asked you to design a bangle that can be worn at all times without the worry of losing it and you came up trumps with the most perfect and exquisite design. I was so blown away by the finished piece and I know my daughter is absolutely thrilled to bits with it. It is something that she can wear at all times if she wishes and to be treasured forever.
