I bought this locket to put in a photo of my husband who has recently passed away. I was amazed how sparkly it is, I am so pleased with it. It was delivered in a few days and I couldn't be more pleased. I don't understand the negative reviews, this locket is so lovely and the engraving is beautiful.

Order didn't turn up in time for my anniversary luckily I planned for this eventuality but it isn't good enough when the email response just blames royal mail. If you know royal mail will be slow correct your delivery times instead of fooling people. On a positive note the item is nice and its what I expected. Maybe just advertise a 10 day delivery to cover disappointment.

I ordered a necklace from this company. On opening my parcel the jewellery box completely empty! After emailing the company straight away their reply was rude and were straight away accusing me of lying and theft when it was me £25 down and no necklace to show for it! When they finally decided to refund me (which hasn’t come through as of yet) Their second email back was Just as rude as the first one. Not once did I receive an apology! The fact they have a missing items section on their website goes to show this does happen, so to be accused of theft I am utterly disgusted! I am absolutely appalled in the service I’ve received and will never recommend or use this company myself again!

The website stated that engraving in many languages was offered, which was great. I submitted my text on the website, never received confirmation email. I fortunately took a screen capture of order number. The product arrived and was missing half of the text on one side. Contacting the company was not helpful and did not accept responsibility for the fault. I had to seek another engraver to at least do some correction (see photos).

DISGUSTED

The most disgusting customer service; I was shocked at some of the emails I received. When the personalised item I ordered wasn't delivered the company claimed to have sent me an email to inform me, this was never received (neither was an order confirmation email and I see others had a similar experience). When asked for the email to be forwarded, the reply I received was 'unsure why you need to see it again'. When I expressed my disappointment in the service I had received, the reply I got was 'Our service has not been disappointing'. I've never known a company to be so argumentative! The engraving is squint and messy, a very poor quality product.

I wished I had read these reviews before placing an order from this company. A company of any standing does not have this many bad reviews. I ordered a personalised bookmark from here, it is so small its not fit for purpose and cannot be used as such. It's also poor quality. When I complained James was extremely rude and not interested. He actually left me a voicemail threatening me with legal action if I posted a poor review. He also accused me of hiding behind emails???? No actually it's because I want a paper trail from you. As I've no intention of just walking away. Especially after your attempt to intimidate me into silence and not posting a negative review. Customer service appalling. In fact I can't really call it customer service. I do not recommend this company. I have written to trading standards and have also saved my two voicemails I received from James. As i can use them. I wonder though how many customers that complained were threatened with legal action if they posted a review of this company????

Absolute joke of a company and Con Artists.... STAY AWAY.

Ordered an item for delivery to discover that the money was taken twice from my account by personalised jewellery Ltd. which was confirmed by my bank. When I emailed the company to sort the issue they were rude, unhelpful and basically told me I wasnt getting it back while claiming to be the victim in this situation. I have now discovered that they have recalled the item from the courier and have not returned either payment to me.

James is rude, arrogant and refuses to accept responsibility for the company errors. They have no morals and are a despicable company.
