Great service. Took my pocket watch in for a new battery after Hinds stated they couldn't open it. The gentleman in the shop here took one look, said he could sort it and he did. Took approx 2 min and cost £6. Excellent service

Such a lovely little jewellers with good old fashioned customer service. They were able to help my daughter and her fiancé with wedding rings, after they had been let down by a jeweller in a different town near where they live

Very lovely service. Changed watch battery right there and then and only vost £6. Advised me on a ring size that wouldnt fit me as opposed to trying to sell me something no good. Recommend and will use from now on

Bit disappointing. Bloke who served us was a bit blunt. My wife has lost weight since our wedding and her rings don't fit properly anymore. Advice from the chap, "I'm afraid you just need to eat more". Now, he may be right, but really?! Theres ways of saying it.
