Very pushy staff put me off purchasing. Discussed requirements and budget then given options way over budget and made to feel awkard for saying no. Was then told theres a monthly payment option if I couldnt afford it. Walked out and got exactly what I was after for the right price in another jewlers.

I would not recommend H Samuel to anyone due to this experience.

I don't often shop at H. Samuel but when I do the service is outstanding and the manageress can't do enough for you very friendly and due to our current situation with Covid-19 the staff are brilliant sticking to the guidelines.... I definitely would recommend H. Samuel's to all

Drive 40 minutes into Boston to find a sign on the door saying they’d be back in 15 minutes as they’d gone to lunch. 45 minutes later and they still weren’t there. Waste of fuel and waste of my time.

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service.i put a piece of sentimental family jewelry in to be repaired in February we are now in the end of April and it has not been repaired absolutely discussted.would not recommended them to anyone

Bought a lovely watch with vouchers I was given for my Birthday and Christmas. (It's a normal event). As usual the staff were friendly and very helpful. I'll see you again next year.

I would never use this hsamuel again due to the service and rudeness of its staff. I bought my order online for a click and collect collection. Upon collection I felt the staff were rude and put out and when I had to return the item the attitude I received by the manageress was appalling due to not having the paper receipt to accompany my online receipt. apparently it would seem that due to not looking a certain way due to being tired and heavily pregnant meant that I was in a position to be judged obviously my money isn't good enough for the boston branch of hsamuel. Will never shot in this branch out of sheer principle again
