I must say I was pleasantly surprised with the warmth and professionalism of the staff.
Who actually made my experience very comfortable.
I must say I walked away with a huge smile.
Feeling that I walked away and achieved exactly what I set out to do but with something even better.

A little disappointed today, after receiving an invite through the post to visit the shop for a special occasion to view new jewellery lines and partake of a glass of fizz and canapes, we popped in with a purpose to look at pre-owned Rolex watches with the potential to spend up to £10,000.
Yet we weren't greeted with any said Fizz or canapes, yet they say in clear view unused.

What is the expenditure expected before a glass of fizz is offered one wonders?
Oh dear!

Perhaps if the gent who served us will be more forthcoming if and when we return to purchase, awaiting his searches to source a Rolex .

Perhaps he thought we weren't genuine?

I liaised with John in organising a bespoke engagement ring for my proposal. John was fantastic, he kept me up to date with the making of the ring and was extremely professional throughout. I would highly recommend Bullens for any jewellery purchase. Gary W

In the last few years I have had 2 Tissot watches repaired by Bullens, the first was a total refurbishment of my lovely 1973 Seastar which came back like a brand new watch at what I considered a reasonable cost for amount of work involved. The second was a battery that had leaked in my PR50 quartz again at reasonable cost. So when I decided to treat myself to another Tissot my first visit would be to Bullens, l was considering the Tissot Gentleman powermatic 80 which unfortunately they did not hold in stock , Clive their assistant was very helpful suggesting he could do a special order for the watch to my specifications so I duly ordered with a little trepidation as I had not seen the watch accept on line . My new Tissot arrived 10 days latter which I am very pleased with, Thanks Clive for your help and great customer service.

We bought our wedding rings from here. John really helped us, and made the experience fantastic. Everyone in the store is extremely friendly.

I visited Bullens in order to purchase a gift for my brother. I was helped by a Jake Johnson who was incredibly helpful, friendly and was able to find my brother the perfect gift. I will definitely be back in the future.

Was served by two very presentable ladies. They gave brilliant advice and were so warm and welcoming. Won't hesitate to return 😀
