Wow, wow, wow!! What more do I need to say!! Called in 25 minutes before close, I was looking for a birthday present for my wife (which was the following day), with the help of the staff I found what I was looking for, only issue (or so I thought) was it is an item that is designed to be engraved, the team bent over backwards to get this done for me, 20 minutes later I was walking out with a wrapped present! All the staff were great, friendly, helpful and professional, the whole experience was exceptional! Highly recommend. Anyone who gives low star ratings to this company must be having a bad day or just like to complain!! Thank you, keep up the excellent work.

Very disappointed as wanted item delivering on a specific day for daughters birthday and maudes delivered it 4 days to early

Excellent customer service. Bought a gold bangle but after getting it home was worried it may come undone. Contacted them and they offered to put a safety catch on foc.
