Extremely disappointed with their engraving service. I asked for a date to be engraved onto the inside of a locket. They said it would have to be hand engraved, which I agreed to. The result was shocking. Wasn't central, straight and was all over the place and not smooth. It wasn't hand engraved but a hand held drill was used. I had to go to a professional engraver in central London to get this poor work removed. My advice would be to never use this shop for engraving that can't be done on a machine. They do not have the requisite skill and are not honest about this. I rang the owner and left a message but have not heard back.

AVOID. Would rate zero if possoble.

Gave then me expensive designer watch to change the battery.

Watch was like brand new when i gave it to them. Got it back 20 mins later with a deep scratch on the back and scratches on the metal strap.

Not happy at all. The manager admitted the some times they get scratched but only when i complained.

Never using their services again.

This place is outrageous, my mother wanted just a simple clean up of her rings that she got on her 18th birthday which was quite an expensive ring at that time (24 carat gold and 2 diamond stones).
When she got it back from them the ring was feelingly LIGHTER and the stones were smaller then when she deposited the ring, also they lacked the glow and shine as diamonds do. My opinion is that once he realized what he had in his hands, he swapped it.
Of course she had no proof of the original weight because she naively trusted them but the weight and the feel of the ring speaks for it itself. I do not recommend this shop and advise all that are reading this to avoid it. Go somewhere else with your valuables.

Not professionnel at all! The sale girl is really rude ! They broke my grand ma's ring ! I came to reduce the size of the ring but when i went to collect it she say sorry we broke your ring because it's not silver!
They didn t check before to take it if my ring is silver or not and I m not jeweler i can t know about that.
The girl did not apologize and say it s my fault !
I never recommand this jewellery!

Really good customer service jewellery is top quality an prices are convenient I wanted to buy a chain and a ring for over 6 months an i was finally able to find what I wanted for a really good price thank you so much highly recommended.

E-jewellers has only been open since 7 months ago. I think you are confused with other jewellers.
