The male shop assistant was extremely patronising to my wife and certainly needs to keep his hands to himself. In the 21st century I don't think it is appropriate to be touching a woman you don't know, even if it is a patronising, verging on misogynistic, pat on the elbow while telling her he will "see to you soon".

The last couple of times i have been in there i have been followed around by members of staff even after iv said thank you im just looking they feel the need to still follow me and talk to me it now puts me off going in to store to buy anything ill be ordering online next time!!

Excellent service very helpful staff and a friendly welcome, I would highly recommend this shop, very reasonable prices and a good selection of things to buy

I had a gold chain repaired there. When it came back after 3 days the chain broke again. It took it back they claimed the chain broke in a different place,i'd have to pay another £40 to fix the chain. No way. Not going there again

Friendly but not very helpful with my partners watch. Had some issues but they don't know what's wrong with it. Closed on Sundays.

You get what you pay for, good selection, prompt and efficient in getting products out of stock from other branches polite and efficient staff.

Regular shopper in this store. Friendly staff however very rude manager. Had an issue with some jewellery, I had insurance on the item so didn't expect an issue. I'm sure he shouldn't have a job in customer services. I can't face going back to the store again, so after a chat with customer services and an apology given, I will travel to taunton to get my jewellery fixed.

I’ve bought my watch in This store , after time I pop in to ask to set my watch, manager said they charge 10£ for that . What a joke if I can I do - star for manager of this store very rude and his attitude to customers is just poor
