Extremely rude and dishonest avoid at all costs!!! Not even 1 star.
I was given a Michael Kors rose gold plated watch as a gift from work for my 40 th birthday. The wrist band was too big
Roy said that he could remove 2 of the links for me for £4.50 and to leave it with him and come back in 15 minutes. When I returned he explained that one of the pins had snapped and to leave it with him an he would fix it for me. He was reluctant to show me but when he did I could see from where he had snapped my watch strap it would need a new strap. He was quite rude and told me these watches a very cheep and are made for pennies in the middle east. I was tempted to take the watch back but he assured me that he could fix and would sort it for the following Wednesday. So I said that accidents happen that would be fine. When I returned on Wednesday he had done nothing. I was extremely polite with him he told me he was going to fix it but it would take about 3 weeks because he was very busy selling a £20000 piece of jewellery in Birmingham. Then he began to tell me how cheep and poor quality my watch was and accused me of being aggressive. I found him extremely rude and dishonest. I asked him to give me my watch back which he did with a missing link and a snapped link. I took the watch to Timpsons they have currently ordered me a new strap at a cost of £75 and offered to adjust it for free.

I don't recommend this place. I brought my mum broken gold bracelet to fix. After 3 weeks bracelet has been broken in the same place. My mum noticed that few pices of bracelet is missing!!! I can't believe that they stole it!!!

The most genuinely lovely man you could meet, He absolutely touched my heart today, not just In respect of being a business man but as a person he is an absolute diamond! Knowing nothing about the value of gold I could easy have been ripped off but I got a fantastic price, i couldnt recommend anyone more strongly.

not happy whatsoever, grandma brought a necklace in and have been waiting months for it to get fixed and heard nothing from the place and yet to be fixed and still left without a necklace. it has sentimental value to it as well. 😡

Beware. I took in a Gucci watch and was told it was of no value and a couterfeit. Later identified by Gucci jeweller as a genuine Gucci 2305L worth about £200.

The real deal , honest and to the point. Roy has time for everyone, good honest jeweller, highly recomended!
