I visited the shop quite recently I would say two weeks ago I went to buy my sister a gift
I walked had a look around, I then was greeted by a lighter skinned women and her name badge started with an m but I couldn’t see the rest of the badge I explained to her that I’m just looking for a cheap charm as I already spent a lot of money on my sister already, she explained that the cheapest charm they have starts for £20 which I didn’t mind paying
I pick a charm that said bee happy. She then said is that all and I replied yes she then said don’t you think you should spend a bit more money as she is your sister so I explain to her again that I already spent quite a bit on my sister already after I said that her voice changed and she sounded quite annoyed and she said come to that till I’m a horrible tone, she was boxing up the charm and then said you should buy a polishing cloth and I said okay then she said they’re £5 I then said never mind and she said you would need it forcing me to buy it I then had enough and walked out
the service I received was horrible and I will not be attending this branch again

5 stars for a marvellous sales assistant named GENTIANA who has restored my faith in this branch after a disastrous visit in February. She manages to exude a humorous radiance (which enchanted both of my grandchildren!!) whilst displaying comprehensive erudition of all items available at Pandora, including their costs and suitabilities. Tarquin even said to me afterwards: "Grandad, can we have Gentiana as our babysitter?" There are many high street retailers in London which are decked with charms and jewels, but I would bet my last sixpence there isn't anywhere which can boast so precious a gem as Gentiana.

Amazing customer service provided by Gentiana. My bracelet was damaged and she offered to help me pick out a replacement. She was so patient and friendly, letting me take my time to choose something I like. She even gave me a new box to keep my bracelet in! Honestly I am so happy to receive such exceptional service. Thank you!

Very friendly and attention to detail with what I wanted was so good. They listened to me and helps me with my bracelet and with the sizing of it. Nothing that I wanted was out of stock compared to the Oxford circus branch and other branches closer to me. The picture i took doesn't do it justice with how stunning it looks. This is my new branch when I go into town. A+++

I’m really really really mad. I bought my diamond ring from them 2 days ago 0.5 . One the staff there her name khushi she charged me £350 for that and she gave me certificate and everything and when i came home i showed it to my man he said diamond is small you should buy 1 carrot i was like ok ill Go and upgrade it. Today i went there to upgrade she took my ring and asked me for £200 more but then gave me same ring. When i asked why you charged me £200 and then gave same ring. She said that other day my colleague made mistake she gave you 0.5 carrot which is £550 and charged you for 0.25 which is £350 mistakenly. Now I charged you £200 more and giving you same ring. I said this is day light robbery. Your college made mistake that was her fault why i paid £200 for her fault and you gave me same ring as well. I’m very very very disappointed by there management team and everything. They covered there colleague’s mistake by charging me £200 for nothing and then gave me same ring. What should they think why i came early morning in there store just to pay for there colleague’s mistake???? That was so disappointing.
