I personally I'm disappointed with this company, their delivery time period is disgusting. I placed an order on monday
Choose the 48hour delivery selection is Saturday and still nothing from them
and up to now when I login to my account online it has order not fulfilled.
This was suppose to be a gift for my daughter and now she will be disappointed not having it on her birthday. I will not order from them again
This is the second time they have done this to me so I personally dont trust them

Haven't even received my order yet. The bracelet is for my best friend's 40th birthday. Sent 3 emails and 2 messages still no answer

AWFUL. Still waiting on a bracelet that I ordered weeks ago for my boyfriend's 30th. No response from emails/ social media. Feel robbed of my money. A SCAM.

Very poor communication, 3 weeks of waiting for order and still waiting, Endless emails sent but no replies from you, A phone that is always turned off so you can't be contacted , think its about time I received a refund now!!!!!!

Ordered a necklace for my wife and it still hasn't arrived 😕 tried emails, phoning. Everything all dead ends . Don't buy from here , report it also

I placed an order for a personalised item 5th Dec .have not received item .queried it with RM online tracking without success .received an email today 30th to say they received my order on 24th December and have sent this order . communication is very poor and they have lied and said I made the 2nd order. I dud not reorder I asked for a full refund .please look under the name of Lena hassan
