Lovely bright store. The assistant who served us was very friendly and helpful. After a short discussion she was able to show us a number of items, one of which we purchased as a birthday gift. No need to wrap it either as it came in a well presented pandora bag. Lovely shop.

The lady who helped us was amazing. So friendly and knowledgeable about the new bracelet we looked at. She wrote everything down for us so we didn't forget.

Very helpful staff if I had ordered it on Line it would have been the wrong charm as you couldn't see inscription

Just found out that the gift card I bought my niece for Christmas has no credit on it. I bought two others also and am now worried that the same will happen to them. I've been charged fully for the three cards though....well over £100. Tried to call the store to find out what to do and there's no answer.

Ordered online for a store pick up which was good. Store opened on time and i was served by laura a lovely young lady very chatty and friendly. The manager on the other hand was not so. You shouldn't expect your staff to open by themselves or be left by themselves at any time considering the business you are in.
