Store is a hidden Treasure in Southampton High Street to be discovered.
In response to Owner reply: You have a lovely Building, but your Store is lacking proper exposure, signage and exposure that it is operational, your business cards are in great need of updating the email address, since the one you had mention is not even reflected on business card. Adjustments to handling answering a Customers call when they get to a answering system that tells them they Can't leave voicemail behind.. Store phone Could be forwarded to on the move staff handling calls by at least receiving text or messages to avoid missing a customer at all. Posting Store Opening times visible to any Customer would be an added plus. Some of your Customers have Jobs they interfier not able to come on days of all hours waiting to find out to when they be able to access your store..Your Display and lighting in Store window needs much improvement to be visible Jewellery Store is even open or in operation. Your store is great but understaffed. With some adjustments made it would be a huge improvement well worth the efforts This may have been a rare occurance what had happened of experience between with me and store, what can I say, myself I am a very rare Gem.
To all the team thank you.
Real professionals.
Disappointed was an understatement. When they finally opened on 6th Jan they said they still weren't back. I got a notification from Google to review this shop, so I wrote an honest 1 star review....... well the owner was so obnoxious, he critised my review and said I was being unfair as I only placed the order 2 wks before Xmas, yet I have text messages from the staff which date back to my initial visit in Nov.
He said come in Sat and collect your good which will be in a melted down state..... WHAT THE HELL!!! Terrible customer service. I had to change my review just to convince him not to melt the items, as making them i would already lose me 10-15grms of gold. To get them remade would total a loss of 25-30grms. He finally agreed to proceed with the order at £450, which was an ok price only the jump rings holding the pendants had not been soldered.... erghhhhh. If I wanted to wait whilst they sent them off they would do it, it was now 6th Feb, 9 wks since my order started. I took them to another jeweller to get them soldered which cost £45.
Would I go to this shop again...
NO!!!!!! NO!!!!NO!!!!!
In response to your comment.
I lost 12.3 grams by getting these made which is about right, I was advised this from my aunt who was in the trade. To have them made again would have resulted in another lose. 12.3 + 12.3 is 25.6grms (when I went to school anyway) yes I was told they could be soldered at your workshop, but it would take days not hrs. I know the approx price of a single solder, £8-£15 depending where you go. I paid an extra fee to have them done fast track by a professional with a perfect finish, unlike the scratched pendants you produced.
You say she used to work for you, LOL I wonder why????......
They have been fixed so beautifully, they look literally as good as new, and with the friendliest service. Highly recommend!
