FANCI bespoke fine jewellery

I contacted FANCI initially after I lost some stones from my engagement ring but after meeting with Amelia and discussing options, I decided I'd also like the ring to be completely reset into a 'wed fit' style so I could wear a straight wedding band. Amelia was lovely to deal with and a couple of weeks after the visit, I was sent two CAD drawings to choose from. Shortly after this, I received both designs in 3D form in the post. It was so great to be able to try these on before making the final decision. It was about two weeks later that the final ring was ready to be collected and I am 100% happy with the ring. It exceeded all my expectations and I cannot thank the team at FANCI enough.

I had jewellery from my late, Mum, Dad & Gran just sitting in a box never being worn. I had the idea of having it made into items I would wear & a friend recommended I try FANCI.
I booked & appointment & met with Amelia, she couldn't have mean more helpful & understanding of me needs and the fact this was an emotional as well as exciting decision for me.
After a discussion of the options I had I settled on a solid gold bangle with inset sapphires and a heart shaped dog paw pendant inset with rubies and sapphires. All the gold & stones come from items from my late relatives.
The results when I went to pick them up 10 weeks later were fantastic and brought me to tears they are so beautiful. I now have 2 items of jewellery I never take off and it feels like I am carrying Mum, Dad & Gran with me all the time, I never take either off.
I have not included a picture as I love knowing I'm the only person in the world with these items!
I honestly can not recommend FANCI enough for their work, craft and customer service.

We cannot rate the team at Fanci high enough!! From start to finish everyone has been friendly, knowledgeable and just all round brilliant. I ordered a bespoke engagement ring earlier this year, and despite some changes in designs along the way and a tight deadline the team ensured everything was perfect and ready in time for the proposal. We loved the ideas and creation process so much, we have just ordered our wedding rings from Fanci too.

Most amazing experience with Fanci, found the team really helpful at advising fit / design / metals, I am an awkward ring size and had a non wed-fit engagement ring and Fanci made a bespoke wedding ring that fit around mine perfectly, and were insightful on designing my fiancé’s wedding ring too. Every time we’ve been they’ve also offered complimentary ring cleaning which was a really nice touch. Feel like we’ve found the jeweller we will use for life! Thank you Fanci.

I can't rate FANCI highly enough. From start to finish they were utterly brilliant. Beginning with initial ideas for an engagement ring, then designing 3D renders and sending me some 3D printed examples to consider the whole process was fantastic and the end result is utterly stunning.

My fiancé is absolutely besotted with her one-of-a-kind engagement ring, and a special huge shout out to Amelia who provided such a great experience from start to finish. I was kept in the loop throughout, each stage explained and guidance offered as I have 0 knowledge when it comes to jewellery. It couldn't have been more perfect. Chris at Fanci and his team were brilliant in remodelling an eternity ring I could no longer wear. The new design is contemporary, beautiful and I am absolutely delighted with it. You firstly get a cad drawing, then a three d printed ring before the final product. Highly recommend
