All the staff where incredible at the Marland’s Southampton branch. Cheerful, lovely and encouraging. My daughter was getting her ears pierced for the first time. Each member noticed the fact she was nervous and each offered comfort. An extra special thanks to the lady who actually pierced my daughters ears. She was fantastic talking her through ever step and allowing her to understand what was happening next. Overall a 5 star experience and I would highly recommend F Hinds to anyone who is looking to get there ears pierced.

I called 1st thing to book an appointment for my 9yr old to get her ears pierced. They were so friendly and helpful over the phone. I gave them a brief history and they gave advise on this. When we got there they had remembered this. Checked everything thoroughly before going ahead.
They made my daughter feel very comfortable and happy. I would 1000% recommend.
