Watch dropped in for service in March 18. Said 6 weeks for repair. Finally got it back in July after lots of chasing and a non returned call from branch. No discount offered for the long wait. Will not use them again.

Me and my partner went to ernest jones (fareham) to purchase our wedding rings, we were served by jemma who was more than happy to help us both find our perfect rings. Nothing was to much trouble for her and she was very patient. We cant thank the service and customer care enough. Highly recommended, we definitely be back for the eternity ring.

The assistant spent the entire time I was in this store chatting with two customers that she had finished serving. After nearly 15 minutes walking round, I left. Appalling service !

Whilst i cannot fault the product or the customer service what was concerning is i had to pick up the item after ordering online all good, read i had to take id etc for pick up so got there said my name and was subsequently handed 2k worth of jewellery, no id no reference number, literally a name and left...as said lady was nice enough but really poor on the security....👍👍
