The young guy selling here is very knowledgeable and has excellent customer service! Bought a bracelet which was made on the day for me. All the other jewellery shops didn't have what I wanted and this shop had the best price. Definitely will be coming here again

Bunch of ridicilous people with ridicilous manner👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻My sister bought a bracelet from this jewelery shop as a birthday gift.She said they were ok to exchange with smthng else.it was bought a week before my birthday When returned to exchange,I was refused as it was bought more than a week a ago.I tried to explained that because of my working shift I couldnt make to come earlier weekday (it was closed when i attempted couple of times) but they do not seem to understand it at all.and also the owner claimed that by the look of item ,it seemed used so they cant exchange it.it was impossible not to go crazy .How on earth could you make the difference between used or unused in a week period.it was less than a week when I went back.I never touched it except trying once for 5 sec.and also one of the stone was missing already .judging by the whatever he said and missing stone I assume they sold second hand bracelet as new.My anger was not about their policy but their manner. It's very frustrating to be slandered. Being their customer for a while ,I do not think that we deserve this,I would never go back to there or recommend them to anyone !!!!!

I have brought a necklace from them as a present after he wear the necklace for couple of hours one of the chain link came off, I come to the shop to replace or get the money back they said that only they can fix for me. They fixed but after 1 not even 1 day of wear it another chain link came off. Today I have come to the shop and they said that they will not replace or get my money back only they can fix again or they can buy the necklace as a scrap gold, very bad shop I don't recommend....

Disappointed with the unprofessionalism here.

I bought a personalised name bracelet from here as a gift for my sister's son. After I had picked and paid for the bracelet, I let staff know of the name I wanted engraved on the bracelet and was told to come back in an hour. When I returned, I was shown the bracelet. The engraved name wasn't centred and was engraved at the bottom of the bar, leaving a large space at the top. There was also a large space between the first 2 letters, whilst other letters were squashed together.

I spoke to the owner and told him that I wasn't happy with the outcome, he who told me that this was due to the engraving machine and said that there was nothing he could do about it as it was now engraved, and he walked off and went off somewhere behind the shop. The other two staff members at the shop front asked the shop owner to come back but he refused to come back to resolve the problem. The staff went on to say that they were “just the workers there" and there was nothing that they could do. The shop owner hid behind the shop until we left. Very unprofessional.

My husband had bought a bracelet for his niece, in a different jewellery shop a few stores down and they had engraved the bracelet beautifully, they had also asked him which style of font he wanted and how he wanted it written. I was NOT asked this at all at ozAntepliler. In hindsight I wish I had gone to the other store.

Very experienced and helpful staff at this shop in Haringey, they made me a good offer for 22ct bangle.. Thank you✨
