I was initially recommended to Peter Stephan when shopping for an engagement ring, and could not recommend them more highly. Extremely helpful, great knowledge and phenomenal after sales service. Have returned for further gifts and had the same great service, hence writing this review.

I bought my wife's engagement ring here as well as our two wedding rings. Extremely professional and knowledgeable about the products and how they're manufactured. They might seem a bit more expensive than the chain stores on the face of it but you really do get what you pay for here. And the personalised service is appreciated when you're forking out a small fortune.

Excellent experience buying our wedding rings from here. We were on a budget and had intended to buy from Ernest jones as price wise it seemed to suit us and the fancy offers seemed enticing. However we went in to Peter Stephan to have a look at what they had to offer. The service was first class. He explained the different styles and types of rings and we was able to try on lots of different styles. This gave us so much Confidence that we were making the right choice. There was no pressure selling just a great relaxed experience. Price wise it worked out at a better deal so definitely don't be put off by the independent jewelers they have so much more to offer. Prior to the wedding he polished our engagement ring which looked brand new on our wedding day! 100% worth visiting and totally recommended.

Over the years we have purchased high value jewellery items and on every occasion have received exemplary service. They operate to a very high level of expertise and remain friendly and courteous. This is a first class Jewelers and both Watch,Clock and Jewelry repairers.I recently took my 47 year old Omega watch in for cleaning and repairs.Colin Scamp the owner even found a new Omega winder shaft to replace a corroded shaft.I also took in a 1900 French Carriage clock for cleaning .New bearings were fitted so it now keeps excellent time.My wife's silver bracelet was fitted with a new clasp which enables her to single handed open and close it.Great service by the owner Colin Scamp.
