Wonderful shop, fantastic friendly and helpful staff. Very happy and patient even with a cheeky toddler in store they were happy to help and have a giggle. Will definitely be returning. Well done and thank you.

Very helpful staff but personally I'm not keen on the up-selling practices they have to do as part of their job. This doesn't in any way detract from their helpfulness and professionalism. A big thanks to the young lady that looked after me in the store.

I visited the store recently to get some gift ideas for my girlfriend’s birthday. I make no secret that I’m far from an expert when it comes to jewellery or trinkets, nevertheless I received some absolutely top notch assistance from Claurice, her expertise resulted in me buying not 1, not 2, but 3 rings, one of which wasn’t available in store so she helped me to get it ordered online for home delivery which subsequently arrived in record time. My girlfriend absolutely loved the rings I bought for her and hasn’t stopped wearing them ever since. I’d like to thank Claurice and the team for their absolute first class customer service, care and expertise, I’d recommend this store to anyone. 😀😀

I brought a pandora bracelet today at Ipswich and was served by Millie .All was going well and I asked for a pink gift box .Millie put all the transactions through the till which included a premier gift box for £5, she then started to pack the bracelet away in a while gift box , I mentioned that I had asked for a pink box and could I swap please, Millie quite rudely said 'no you asked for a white box' me and my daughter corrected her and said no we asked for pink, Millie replied 'no you asked for a white so I can't change it now'. The colours are the same price and I asked for pink, so I expect to be able to swap. I found her very rude.
