Brilliant and very understanding service. Me and my sister both purchased pandora bracelets from here and we visited several times to buy various charms. Every member of staff has been very understanding while we make our choices and we received great quality for money.

An extra special heartfelt and enormous thank you for your knowledge and expertise in the recent remodelling and valuation of my three rings. Amazed to see the finished product of combining the rings, gold and gems into a stunning dress ring. I know my late husband would be just as thrilled as I am with my beautiful new ring. We found out about Lance James at a wedding fayre in Ipswich. We loved that their rings were very different to other jewellers on the highstreet. We had a pleasant experience at the Chelmsford store, they were very attentive and patient whilst we went through the process of trying all of the rings in the shop!! Both myself and my husband bought our rings from the store with a great turnaround and we love the quality and finish of our rings! Thank you for looking after us and making our day special!

Lovely jewellery, beautiful range, great owners, but wouldn't shop there again after a very nasty experience with the Chelmsford store manager.

We purchased our wedding rings from Lance James after finding their web site on Google, we both wanted something different and that's what we found! As the store in Chelmsford is only an hour's drive we arranged to pop in, view the samples and get measured so that they could make the rings. Antony was friendly and courteous, offering advice and professional in taking our order. We collected our rings the other day and are extremely pleased with them, and the service that we received. Our thanks go out to all the staff.

The staff aren't very welcoming. I was sent away with a ring they had down sized for me that clearly was then too small. This is a very sentimental item. At collection I was waved off and told my hands might be hot, to come back if it still didn't fit in a few weeks. Had to go back to have it stretched, which took all of 15 seconds to do. customer service is lacking.

Just been to collect our new rings...really happy with the service we received from Lance James from beginning to end! All the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable and they had the nicest selection of wedding rings of the type we were after. Would highly recommend!!
