We came in today to buy my daughter a birthday present. We received such a warm welcome and such wonderful service from lovely Molly. Working in retail for many years myself, I can honestly say first impressions are everything. I was so impressed with the service I received today that I had to write this review. Thank you Molly and Pandora. We are so happy with our purchases.

Rang ahead of time to check product availability and got a helpful response! Upon going in, I only waited a couple of minutes to be served and the shop assistant was really friendly and helpful, offered me a good deal that they had on and I quickly got what I intended to. If I didn’t have somewhere else to be at the time, I would’ve definitely had a proper look around. I’ll make an effort to go in again for sure!

The wife likes Pandora jewellery so it's the go to place for birthday and Christmas. All a little overpriced but it makes her happy. This time I managed to get a freebie sure to a special offer. Do I let her have it or chuck it on eBay.

The shop was clean and upon entering the purpose of the visit, bracelet charms, did not immediately come to my attention. The only company representative on view was already busy with other customers, I waited. Ultimately a second assistant appeared, they apologised for my wait. The experience had but one minor blip. The charm being sought had been chosen from viewing Pandora's website and I requested it using the name given to it on line. The very polite young lady was confused, they could not recognise the name I quoted and could only offer a charm with a similar name. That was not the one wanted, so I resorted to trying to describe the object of my visit. Fortunately the assistant recognised the charm immediately, it was purchased. Success! The only criticism, my visit would have been quicker had the in - store - name of the charm matched that of the on - line - catalogue.
