After visiting a number of jewellers in Warwick looking for an engagement ring, I found the perfect one at TJF Jewellers, who have a fantastic range to choose from. The guys are extremely helpful and welcoming, and even offered a free resize which was done within a couple of hours. Truly great service 10/10

I don’t usually post reviews but feel like this one is truly deserved! I went in looking for a special 21st birthday present for my sister, not really having any idea what I was looking for - except a very vague description that she had given me. The team were so helpful and pointed me in exactly the right direction. In her words, the gift I gave her “outshone all the rest - literally”!

Incredible service, a ring I have worn daily for over a decade had snapped after getting bent out of shape, not only did they fix this to have it look like new in less than 48 hours they cleaned and polished it to look like a brand new ring again! I am so impressed, and all done with lovely service! thank you!!

The diamond in my fiancée’s engagement ring came out. It has been on her finger almost 20 years. I took it Jones family jewellers and they reset the diamond replaced the claws, resized it and polished it. We’re both thrilled. It looks like the new.

Richard brings you excellent service from the moment you walk into his business. He is happy to answer any questions you have and just overall brilliant guy. The selection of rings he has are absolutely stunning. Once me and my fiancé picked out the engagement ring together it then was resized on site which is also a nice touch because the turnaround time isn’t long at all! Richard will now be our future family jewellers, as we are going back for the wedding rings and whatever else we might treat ourselves too. Thank you again Richard - top guy!!

Wonderful service! Very happy with my wedding ring being resized - especially as I had been to a few other jewellers and they had said they wouldn’t be able to do it as it was a difficult palladium mix! Definitely recommend - very personal and friendly service

My fiancé and I visited TJF Jewellers to pick out the perfect engagement ring together. Richard was extremely helpful and was able to get my dream ring made to our budget and in only 3 weeks! Since collecting the ring at the weekend, I am beyond thrilled with it and have received so many compliments. I can't wait to come back for our wedding bands!
