Merchant's Jewellers

So my first experiance with this place was brought up after my partner spotted the shop and had a look around as to which she found a lot of really nice products with a low to high price range. My partner noticed some watches and she knows I love my watches so she took me so I could see for myself.
When I arrived the staff members were really friendly and helpful. They let me try on quite a few watches and explained why they have this particular watch in his shop and the history behind the manufacturer. They do there research so it gives you a lot of confidence and trust in to what you're buying. For me this was important because I didn't know much about watches and I wanted to buy my first decent watch with a bit of knowledge about it.
I then went on to purchase a lovely Zeppelin watch and will be returning to buy my next watch here

When I needed my engagement ring repaired, I wasn't sure where to go. I saw Merchants were recommended by someone locally so thought I'd request a quote. Communication was great throughout, they've managed to offer click and collect services, remote payment and quick turnarounds, even during a pandemic. Karim and his wife are really friendly and explained everything clearly to me. I'd definitely recommend and 100% will use them again!

Karim and Tanita have endless patience, and are always willing to help.Tanita held a watch for me until I made a decision as to which one I wished to purchase definitely a 5 star service.I have also used their jewellery repair service which is fast and efficient at very reasonable cost.

There is something for everyone here from very unusual stones to one off pieces and you can design your own ring combinations.
Karim has time for you, you are not rushed and can talk latest fashion items and what is in trend to nostalgic antique pieces. His knowlege of jewelry is outstanding.
Set in the beautiful Mercia Marina as a backdrop, it is a must to visit for that "special" watch through to jewelry.

This is a lovely little jewellers staff very informative and knowledgeable of history and facts about the merina. Bought myself a gorgeous ring the staff were really helpful and not pushy my other half's mother also bought one of the Ania haie necklaces she was also very pleased with the jewellery purchase and the service received thanks alot A☆

I can't recommend this place enough. Karim and Tanita are great and their service is at the highest level. I sent a Fossil watch directly to Fossil and they said it couldn't be repaired but Merchants sorted it. We have just had Yvonne's white gold rings re-rhodiumed and a cracking job done and a lot less than the High Street charge. They stock a wide range of jewellery and watches to suit everyone's choice and pocket. 5* Plus!
