Pandora

Went in looking for a birthday present. Something not particularly expensive. Up to around £40. The sales assistant came over to help us with what we were looking at, then told us the prices, we said we were looking for around £40. After hearing that price, the sales assistant didn't really seem to want to help and told us to let them know if we found something instead of helping us out....like you would expect a sales assistant too; no matter what price.

Nice looking store. The staff are a bit strange. I know you are told to greet customers as you walk in. I walked in with my girlfriend. I made contact with a young lady across the store. Next thing you know "HI ARE YOU OKAY THERE!?" ahhhh bladdy hell.
If your going to ask your customers to greet, it's called being relaxed and suttle. Bladdy freaked me out. (We did have a laugh about it after we left though) so in a way it was amusing.

Very helpful lady behind the counter took time to show me options had great knowledge of the product and was more than happy to help. One of the best retail experiences and the young lady who sold me the bracelet for my wife's birthday tomorrow is an amazing asset to the company.

One of my rings had a diamond cracked and broken so I came in to get it changed, it wasn’t too busy and the staff were very quick and polite. The ring was looked at and my receipt was checked when all was good she changed my ring for me and made sure it fit. I was out within 5 minutes.

I was well treated but your computers are very, very slow. I nearly gave up on the purchase because of these.

I have had one hell of an experience in the Pandora in Watford INTU. The staff, of which there are at least six, ignore you in an empty shop! Decided to take my money elsewhere and could not be happier with this branch. Our sales person could not have been more attentive, patient, welcoming and knowledgeable about her product. We emerged from our experience with some hand picked beautiful gifts for my Daughter's 15th birthday. I cannot recommend this branch enough and if you are one of the many who have complained about the Watford and Brent Cross branch staff not giving a toss then it is well worth the journey to St Albans because they do give a toss and will make sure you leave with the perfect gift.

Lovely shop and so helpful staff! They do a great job helping out - we had a wedding crisis - and the gift wrapping is beautiful.
