It took a little while for a member of staff to ask if I needed help which surprised me as there wasn't many customers. Although once being served cashier was nice enough. Not really any conversation at all. Pandora were running a promo at the time for a free bracelet with a spend over £99. I had to bring this up with the staff instead of them letting me know as a customer. Only thing I was asked was if I wanted a gift receipt. Shop is clean, tidy but feels very sterile. Staff could definitely engage with their customers more. But I would use this branch again but only because its the closest one to me

My bracelet broke that was a gift from someone I was told I'd have too pay too get it repaired I spend alot off money in Pandora if your given something as a gift the person is not going too give you the receipt so they know how much they paid not happy with the service I got I'll probably not buy from Pandora again not happy

I cant remember her name i think it begins with an I but she had the most beautiful henna on her hand. She helped mefind my bracelet and was so fun and welcoming and really made my experience amazing! She was patient and so kind! If i had the money i would go all the time 💕💕 Amazing customer service from her

Shopped was packed as Christmas was coming. Staff lovely. Very angry customers in the queue, shouting and carrying on.. I ignored then but felt a way for the staff putting up with Mrs Angry lol

Really great customer service from the manager! She was so thoughtful and tied a lovely ribbon bow on my gift bag as it was for my sisters 21st... Only issue I had was that I needed my I. D to collect my order and it was such a hassle, luckily my son rides a moped and went home to send pics of my driving licence to my Watsapp. . However, I acknowledge this is definitely my fault as I should have fully read my email first. However it still affected the overall experience.
