I asked if they could change my sons watch battery the lady said yes...I heard a lot of unnecessary banging i was concerned so looked over the desk ..she was using a kitchen knife ! I kid you not ! She couldn't get the back off so I went to another shop it was then that I learnt she had scratched the back of the watch which is not a cheap one ! Not impressed!

Okay service but would have liked a bit more expertise in what I should get. Didnt feel they tried to get to know what the person I was buying for would like. They just pulled option I liked.

Horrible, was accused of trying to return jewellery that had a security seal broken on the packet, when in fact it had been sold to me already open, with a broken security seal! (the item wasnt even taken out of the box, it was only after the item was inspected for a return that the broken seal was noticed). a return for a full refund was grudgingly accepted eventually, but not after much distress and arguing.
