I have bought a pair of gold earrings from the store and my partner bought a watch. We both love our purchases and we are very fond of the items. They do not offer a refund which is a bit scary but the client is being told at the time of the purchase its not left for a later suprise. The ladies there are very lovely, patient and helpful. The prices are good as well.

Very small shop. Lovely staff that acknowledge you on entry unless they are already helping customers. Clean professional simple place.

It used to have plenty more jewellery but range has gone down.

I'm really disappointed about this shop and all the staff specially that old man and one of the receptionist. I bought a citizens gold watch few months ago and only wears one time. But it got damaged so I went to exchange but they not exchange and they said warranty only accept unwearable item.that is so shame. Don't buy anything from them. They are not helping at all.

Amazing service by Phillip, polite and honest throughout the whole experience. Truly a credit to your company. Plus I walked away with a great watch at a great price.

Never buy anything from these store. Worst everCustomer services. I bought fossil watch and want to exchange, 3 times been to store and told me they can't do it cause manager is not available. One white guys who work in these store is very rude.

I just bought a rotary watch from here as I was suppose to buy 2 more to gift some one. As I asked the lady before payment whether she got the proper box for each 1 and she said yes. But after the payment she told me she has no box for the 2 watches and ask me whether Ishe should give me a different box, is it OK for u guys to gift someone with a different brand of box. So I ask to cancel my order and ask for refund.
I mean u shouldnt sell or tell ur customer in advance if don't have proper pack.
Especially when I asked bf payment.
I never gonna buy anything anymore from this shop.

Nicely presented shop with lots of choices and the prices were good also and the sales assistant was very helpful as she could be the only minus point is when u look online in the said store said it had an item available but when I went to the same store they said it wasn't available in that store which was very disappointing but luckily I managed to find something else but beware what they say online as the site isn't updated I'm afraid. Other than that it's a place I would recommend if you like silver jewellery.

One of the worst shop I’ve ever been .
The old man is rude And Thief I picked one Hugo boss watch which it was on offer for £97 but when he brought it he said it’s £155 and it’s mistake they offer was for last night which he was lying and he put the watch behind the cash desk
