I visited the Grand Arcade Swarovski shop today to buy my mother in law a figurine for Christmas and the shop assistant was very unhelpful. Now online it said the figurine was in stock so when I asked to buy it she said I don't think we have it here. I then said can I order one and will it get here before Christmas, 'Oh I don't know' was the reply. What is the point of offering a figurine that clearly says they sell it but don't honour the deal. Swarovski should take it off their display in the first instance, useless!!

I took a necklace in that I had received almost three years ago as a gift. I had no receipt or proof of purchase and I had broke the chain of it sometime ago. The lady in the shop asked if I had any purchase proof but I explained I hadn't as it had been a gift. She then said she would see if she had one in stock and came out and brought me out a brand new necklace identical and said she would replace it. No quibbles! Amazing customer service!! I also had email etc taken and a receipt given and the lady said should anything happen I could come back and I would have proof of purchase, so almost like a long term guarantee. I'm so impressed and so happy that I have my necklace back. Thankyou so so much 🤗🤗
