Khushi Jewellers

Went mid July and inquired if they could polish 2 platinum rings. The gentleman who seemed to be the owner as well said they could do it. I then asked how long it will take and was surprised to hear I could get them in a few hours. I insisted that I wanted them polished really well. I was then asked if I can pay. As I didn't have my wallet with me I said I will pay when picking them up later. Came for the rings around 3-4 hrs later and was not impressed at all. I expected my rings to be polished but it was obvious that they must have been just a bit thoroughly wiped with a cloth. I expressed my disappointment with what they have done but the gentleman insisted this is what polish is... and on top of that he wanted me to pay cash and if I wanted to pay by card he would charge me more. When I said I dont want to pay at all he put the rings behind the counter and said I need to pay for the service. Which was NOTHING what I expected! I paid £40 for a terrible polishing and when I asked for the receipt he started mumbling(to himself and his wife and mother that came meanwhile)...
Utter disgrace... would not advise to go to them and would recommend to AVOID KHUSHI jewellers.

Brought a ring from this shop a couple years back never forgot how he tried to rip my mother off by selling a mixed gold ring apparently the new platinum went home 3 weeks later it turned pink after numerous arguments I managed to get it exchanged for a gold one but at my expense avoid this shop at all cost.

Excellent service received by the man at Khushi Jewellers. He was very helpful in helping to get our wedding rings. The knowledge behind every diamond (cut, clarity, colour etc) was explained with great detail. He took his time with us and was very hospitable. I can’t recommend them enough! Two very happy customers who will be returning again! :)

Purchased some diamond jewellery. Got a fantastic deal. Similar items were selling for a lot more in other shops. Needless to say one happy customer. Service was great. Would highly recommend.

I visited a few jewellers before I found the perfect place! The service provided exceeded my expectations. The gentleman showed me a number of different bangles before I picked the perfect pair. He went into every little detail and ensured I didn’t leave till I was happy. They were all very kind and hospitable and I wouldn’t look to shop anywhere else. Thank you for all your help!

Excellent service received from the man in the shop. Went to sell my old gold jewellery as desperately needed money for Christmas. Wanted the best price. Had been to the jewellers further down the road who had offered me a lot less in comparison to what I got from Khushy Jewellers. So pleased.
