Excellent service from the staff,took care of our refunded items/new purchases as we had changed our minds on a few gifts.

Customer Service appalling. The product sold is not fit for purpose. Absolute waste of £125 and no chance or rectifying. Really, really disappointed. Tiny font - unreadable and the colour not as described. Will never, ever shop there again.

I’ve shopped with them for a few years and when products arrive they are of sound quality hence my customer loyalty. Last day experience however has been spoiling. Ordered an earring and then got the wrong one so they arranged an exchange however they are out of stock and I am not expected to get a replacement for another month. This is two months from the original order. I was offered 15% of my next purchase as I made a bit of a fuss as I wanted it for an event this weekend! Anyway I would say honestly that the products are great but customer service isn’t up the the standard you’d expect when you pay their prices.

Can be personalized for those you love or yourself and I love how you can add charms to chains, you can buy earrings singles, paired or stacked and bracelets in various materials too.
The staff are very attentive and you can take your time browsing without hassle.

Bought some earnings for a gift, great selection and good service, shop is small, would be nice if they had a larger section like on the Kings Road.
