Just received my ring back from H Samuel in Witney today and I just wanted to say that they have done an amazing job! Not only was the supervisor super helpful when booking it in but upon collection it looks brand new. It has been a great service.

Just browsing and found a smart Citizen watch at £160 down from £310. Churlish not to! Excellent staff, professional and knowledgeable. Nice experience.

Nothing wrong with either the items on display, but one of the staff members needed a shower... The odour in the shop was not great.

Friendly, knowledgeable service in a nice location. Underwhelmed by the available styles, not enough really unique, high quality pieces. Then again, I found a great necklace which my partner loves, so I cannot complain!

Decided to take my daughter here to choose some new earrings. H. Samuel had always been my go to place for earrings in the past with great customer service and long lasting, good quality jewellery. However this visit was terrible. The atmosphere was uncomfortable with a moody supervisor who kept eye rolling her colleague and talking down to her in front of customers. Once I purchased a pair of studs and a pair of hoops for my daughter I luckily checked them once I got to the car. One of the studs the rabbit came off in to my hand as soon as I took it out of the box. The hoop was bent and incredibly flimsy for the price, I hadn't noticed this when i had chose it in store. The only positive was that the refund was done without bother immediately but my daughter was disappointed after taking so long choosing and being excited this being the outcome. I wouldn't hurry back here now.
