I wanna give my sincere thanks to Chelsea and the manager who ran the store on the 15th of July 2022. very wonderful team. Chelsea was new on this day but still knew where the stock was, and helped me with buying a lovely watch! the manager there was kind, efficient and helpful. I often get stressed during shopping, especially buying jewellery, but their friendly and calm demeanour was extremely helpful.

Bought a pair of earrings for my girl on the 22nd of July.
Hasn't even been a month and one of them ended up breaking!!

Had her try return them

Only for them to say no.

That they must have been walked 🤦

Yet she never took them off since I got them for her. !!

How many times do they think a woman takes her stud earrings out?
It's been 3 weeks .

And they literally refused to even listen to what she said.

Absolutely unbelievable!!

I can guarantee you I will never purchase anything from these thieves !!

Seriously.

Why buy expensive earrings only for the diamond to fall out after 3 weeks.

And then them not even offer to stick it back never mind replacing it. 🤦

Seriously avoid altogether. many more jewelers that treat their costumers a lot better than this !!

And far better quality elsewhere

Staff were busy chatting and I had to approach them to help me.

Didn’t have the side of ring that I wanted and instead of ordering it for me they told me to try another store.
Would have asked to speak to the manager if I wasn’t busy.

Store itself is very sleek and looks more expensive than it is. Products are good prices and the range they have instore is more than other h
Samuels I visited.

The only thing that let me down was the attitude of the staff. Won’t be shopping here again.

I don't review or rate Jewellers because I don't go in them often. This deserves a mention because the staff are excellent. Really helpful.

Want to say thank you to Joanne for helping us choose the right jewellery for my sister as she was really friendly and patient with my sister. Unfortunately, we had to wait a long time to wait to get help as i told the man in the store we needed help, and he said someone would be with us shortly. We waited, then left and came again into the store, joanne spotted us again, so i told her if we could get some kind of discount for the long wait, maybe £5 off, she went to the manager and they refused.

The store was clean, and the staff was all friendly and ready to help out. Unfortunately, im my circumstances. They were busy.

Went there with a friend as he was buying an engagement ring and they never had the size as its so uncommon but the manager that was there was so friendly and helpful he found one and got it in the next day

A well-known brabd in the history of British jewellery makers and stockists no doubt.

But the store looks very dated. It lacks visual appeal and could do with some modern touches.

The range of jewellery was dated, and the display cabinets not conducive to shopping. Its a shame H Samuel hasnt realised its 2023.
